A R Rajpoot & Associates, Chartered Accountants have commenced its operations from 07th May 2012. It is a proprietary concern of, Mr. Ambesh Rajpoot. The registration number with the Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India is 134125W dated 07/05/2012.
Our Team of highly skilled and motivated personnel have gained in-depth experience in providing multitude of services, consisting of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, due Diligence Audits, tax Planning etc.
We at A R Rajpoot & Associates have the knowledge and expertise necessary to help you with complex issue related matters such as financial accounting, tax planning and company secretarial functions etc. We are providing services relating to Audits under various statutes apart from regular compliance services as required under respective Statutory laws.

Ambesh Rajpoot

Mr. Ambesh Rajpoot was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2011 and has an experience of ten years in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing and consulting profession. He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, commercial laws, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy etc, and providing services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm.
Prior to commencing his firm A R Rajpoot & Associates he was associated with M/s Shankar & Kishor, Chartered accountants as a partner. He has an experience of various Bank Audit assignments. From the initial year of practice he has handled concurrent Audit of Banks.
He has conducted Concurrent Audit of Bank Of Maharashtra, Mumbai in his short duration as a partner of the above names firm. He was assigned the position of Direct Tax Manager and handled Taxation issues of various professional including Doctors, Lawyers, NRI’s and taxation issues of a few private limited companies. He has expertise in Service Tax, VAT, Professional Tax etc. Also, he is associated with professionals for loan syndication wherein he has handled the financial projections.
